40th Annual Waikiki Roughtwater Swim will be Monday, Sept 7, 2009. There are new, accelerated race entry deadlines this year:

Online entry fee at Active.com is $35.00 which includes t shirt. Price good until 6/15/09; price increases $25 after 6/15.

Mail in fee is $75.00!

2009 HR Training Tinman Clinic

HR Training will be starting the 2009 Tinman Clinic on Monday May 11th. The clinic will run from 5/11 - 7/19/09 (10 weeks).

Clinic costs: $350 for all 10 weeks of training. (Deposit of $150 due by May 16th)

Session Times and Locations vary by month but generally will be as notated:

Tuesday & Thrusday's 5:30 - 8:00 pm (Ala Moana Beach Park or Kapiolani Park)

Or

Monday & Wednesday's 5:30 - 8:00 pm (Ala Moana Beach Park or Kapiolani Park)

and

Saturday or Sunday's 6:30 am - 11:30 am (Times and lacations will vary weekly)

Honu Training Weekend - Kona March 27th - 29th

We will be heading to Kona for training the last weekend of March from the 27th - 29th. Some of you may even be doing the Lava Man Tri while we were there. As of today there are 18 people plus coaches. We have three condos and a couple of vans to shuttle poeple.
